Prepare an eternal classic with us – pizza, but in a gluten free way using Bakin ’Mix mixes.



  1. Put flour, yeast, salt and olive oil in a larger bowl.
  2. Gradually add warm water. Mix with a mixer until all the ingredients are combined. Transfer the dough to the work surface and pour a little bit of olive oil over the dough and knead with your hands.
  3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes. When the dough is ready, roll it out with your hands  to the desired thickness and add toppings.
  4. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 250 degrees.
